Technical Details
The project involves the upgrading oft he National Road 77 in sections, extending from Pefki to the Agia Anna bypass, with a total length of 27 km. The section includes 4 underpasses, 1 overpass and 13 bridges of a total length of 840 m. The largest bridge is a three-span cantilever bridge, measuring a total length of 220 m and a width of 16.5 m. The deck is a pre-stressed hollow box, monolithically connected to two piers (with heights of 33 and 38 meters), and is supported on the abutments with bearings. The piers are founded on shafts that extend to a depth of 15.5 meters.
